Frequently asked questions
We aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible when it comes to rescheduling your party. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and plans may need to change, provided the need to reschedule is not due to our actions. Below is our policy regarding changes to reservation times:
One-Time Change Allowed: We offer the flexibility to change your party reservation time once. This policy is in place to help you manage unforeseen circumstances that might conflict with your original party schedule.
Early Notification Required: To reschedule your party, please inform us as early as possible.
Availability of New Time Slots: Upon receiving your request to change the reservation time, prior to each week we will give you our available time. Unfortunately you cannot pick your own time.
No Additional Rescheduling: After one rescheduling, further changes to the reservation time may not be possible. We encourage you to select the new time carefully.
You need to pay the rest of your balance at the beginning of the party. If paid by card, no Apple Pay will be accepted, needs to be an actual card. You also must have a readable chip on the card, additionally we will need the card owner's ID and a photo copy of the ID will be taken for verification purposes.
No Hot Food Provided: Please note that we do not offer hot food services. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our play areas.
Nearby Food Options: We are located in close proximity to several food stores that offer a variety of meal choices. You'll find plenty of options just a short walk or drive away.
Bringing Food: You are welcome to bring your own snacks or order food from nearby stores. We kindly ask that all food be consumed in designated eating areas to maintain the cleanliness of our play spaces. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED!
Mandatory Socks for Everyone: All guests, including adults and children, are required to wear socks in the playground area. Shoes must be removed upon entry.
Why Socks are Required: This policy is in place to ensure hygiene and safety for everyone. Socks help to keep our play areas clean and reduce the risk of slipping and other injuries.
Bringing Your Own Socks: We encourage you to bring your own socks. However, if you forget, don't worry! We have socks available for purchase at our facility for $3.00.
Sign-In Sheet at Entrance: Upon entering, you and your guests will be greeted at our check-in station (This includes a sign in sheet plus a waiver form). Here, we require each party to sign in. Please write down your names, including both adults and children.
Receiving a Bracelet: After signing in, each guest will receive a bracelet. This bracelet must be worn at all times during your visit. It helps us to identify and count guests accurately, ensuring that we do not exceed our capacity limits.
Entry to Play Area: Once you and your guests have signed in and received bracelets, you will be allowed to enter the play area. Our staff will be available to assist you and guide you to your designated area or party room.
No Cleanup Required: After your party, you do not need to worry about cleaning up the room. Our team will take care of all the post-party cleanup.
Taking Your Belongings: Please ensure that you take all items you wish to keep with you when you leave. This includes any decorations, leftover food, gifts, or personal items.
Leaving Unwanted Items: Feel free to leave behind any items you do not want to take with you. We will handle the disposal or recycling of these items.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness: Our staff will thoroughly clean and sanitize the party area after your event, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all our guests.
We offer several decoration options for you to choose from:
Option 1: Bring Your Own Backdrop You may bring your own backdrop (feel free to ask us for the backdrop size we typically use). We will provide and set up solid-color tableware that matches your party theme.
Option 2: Bring All Decorations You may bring all decorations—including the backdrop, tablecloth, and tableware—before your party date, and we will assist with setting everything up. The balloon arch will be arranged in colors that match your theme.
Option 3: Custom Theme by Us You may request a customized theme created by us for $80 + tax. Please note that not all themes are available for customization, please call ahead to confirm availability.
If you choose the customization option, the customization fee must be paid together with the original deposit at the time the deposit is made.
Early Reservations Recommended: Due to the popularity of our venue and to accommodate your preferred schedule, we suggest booking your party as soon as you have decided on a date. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during weekends and holidays.
Booking for Events More Than 3 Months Away: If you are planning to book a party that is more than 3 months in the future, please be certain of your plans. We require a deposit to secure your reservation, and it's important to note that this deposit is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Deposit: When you make a reservation, a deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the initial costs of planning and preparing for your event.

Exclusive Use of the Entire Playground: When you choose Package D, you and your guests will have private access to the entire playground. This means no other parties or members of the public will be in the playground during your event.
Perfect for Large Gatherings: This package is ideal for larger parties, special occasions, or when you want a more intimate setting for your celebration.
Adults: Individuals aged 15 years and above are considered adults. Adult pricing and policies apply to this age group.
Children: Guests under the age of 15 are considered children and will be counted as such for the purposes of guest limits and pricing.
Babies: Children under the age of 1 year are considered babies. We understand that babies have different needs and levels of participation in activities. Therefore, for every two babies, we count them as one child towards the guest limit.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Please be aware that the deposit made at the time of your reservation is non-refundable.
Non-Transferable Deposits: The deposit cannot be transferred to other forms of spending. It is specifically allocated for the costs related to your reserved party.
Reservation Confirmation: We encourage you to be absolutely sure of your plans before making a reservation. Once the deposit is made, it signifies your commitment to the date and time of your event, and the deposit will be used to start the preparation process.
For package A we do not provide a balloon arch. For Package B it will be a chain of balloons not a full one(Imagine yourself a hemisphere 3/4 of that hemisphere will be filled with two sizes of balloons the 10inch and 12 inch balloons). Package C will be majority filled with balloons (adding onto package B's balloon chain there will be 5inch balloons too). And for Package D it will be a full balloon arch.
